Interesting look into WikiLeaks from a top insider. I think Daniel was hard on Assange. Assange ended up looking like a caricature, instead of a real person. Daniel doesn't see some of his own shortcomings, that lead to his split from WikiLeaks. I don't agree with all that Daniel says but, it was interesting to hear it. I wish the book was longer because, the subject is fascinating. Daniel is a pretty good writer. He told some great stories and I appreciated his humor.

an interesting diary of ongoings between Assange, 'Schmitt', and WikiLeaks. While the ideal and idea of WikiLeaks was a great one, the man behind it (Assange) seems to be very flawed. The machine to discredit the author is in full force though but doing some digging shows that he is not just making stuff up.
The book seller is 5 star, the book itself only 3.
This book provides a first-hand look into the business and personal lifestyle of an interesting character. It is an easy and compelling story of a world-class super nerd, Julian Assange of WikiLeaks.
Gotta love it. )
VERY good book. I'm probably revealing my age here but, I was in High School when this was going on and its interesting to hear this stuff from the other side of the equation i.e. from Daniel Domscheit Bergs point of view, rather than Julians. They're both infamous in Computer Science for varying reasons and its a page burner. The book has much more content then the movie does and the level of detail is amazing. Beautifully written and elegant.
If more people had read this book when it first came out, they would have understood why Assange would later try to help Trump.
The story is interesting but the book needed some better editing. It certainly presents the philosophy behind Wikileaks but I also find it interesting that neither the author nor Assange seemed to recognize that Wikileaks had its own secrets it didn't want disclosed while they were on a crusade to expose everyone else's.
